JVC VL-5 Belt Drive turntable

Definitely not one of those turntables you see every day - a scarce one indeed.  Made way back in 1972, it was indeed made to last.
 
It is semi-automatic and returns the tonearm to rest once the record is finished - really great if you fall asleep listening to an album.
 
It comes with a brand new belt, new stylus and upgraded RCA cord and plugs.  It has been fully serviced and is ready to play.
 
It has led an unkind life with some of the veneer having fallen off etc - I haven't re-veneered these so please check the photos for more detail
 
It has also had new silver machined aluminium feet fitted
